The story
I have manifested weight loss. I have shared this before too, but I am only happy to share it again. No calorie restriction, I eat what I want, not really a gym guy atm, not too active either. Yet within a year I lost over 25 kgs (55 lbs) so here we go.
It stemmed from the way society treats people here, even a little weight that you put on, is seen as obese (please don’t ask me why, that’s the way people here are). Technically, I wasn’t even chubby, but I was having some fat deposits almost everywhere. Now I look so toned and fit, people even noticed it today. So I kept ignoring them, and I told myself that they would regret this within a year, and now each and everyone who called me fat regrets opening their mouth. However, my grandma still calls me fat, probably due to the conceived perception of my dad’s family, who are naturally a bit over the top. However, my mother’s side is totally the opposite, wherein, only after getting into 30s and 40s do they end up putting on weight.
So the thing is to naturally keep your mind distracted by not worrying about it constantly and doing small, yet effective things that will help in your mission. There’s this natural weight loss drink (boil cumin seeds, filter that water, add a bit of squeezed lemon juice and drink while it’s hot.) that helped me to reduce the size of my waist so much that my pants fall down now. Another drink that I recommend is black coffee, which is also a great drink suggested for weight-loss. Try to ensure that your room is cold while sleeping, which helps in great sleep and also reduces your requirement for energy cravings, that make you eat stuff aka snacking. You could also try reducing your meals to 2, but do this naturally and not forced, either eat larger portions to reduce your meals, or eat smaller quantities for each meal. Try to avoid alcohol, especially Beer, since it will prevent this from happening. Cut down, but do not give up on fried items as this isn’t natural to be strict about an unrealistic diet.
Overall, IMO, it does take time, but go ahead with this, and let me know. I literally don’t do anything else other than these; diets are alien to me, I cannot give up on fried foods, but did reduce it, stopped drinking beer, and now I really don’t crave snacks like before, nor am I really hungry during mealtime. Sometimes I naturally skip a meal without much effort and still have the energy to make it for the day. However, do not skip meals all the time, or go on an extreme fast, because it will f*** up your blood sugar. Some folks listen to subliminals, but in the end, it’s totally up to you to decide the best course of action.
Cheers and good luck with your mission!!
