The story
When I was in college I was worried about paying my tuition. My parents were really supportive but I didn’t want them to pay for my education. Instead, I wanted to try to manifest some scholarship. I think it was quite an unintentional manifestation. One day as I was browsing through a scholarship website, I came across a very restrictive opportunity that’s basically describing who I am. The scholarship specifies a certain ethnicity, age, type of college one attends, the national rank of that college, financial need, grade, and I just happened to check all the boxes! So I applied and got it. The scholarship itself is renewable, and I received $31,000 in two years, and ended up with a $8000 surplus (b/c the scholarship amount was greater than my cost of attendance after financial aid) by the time of graduation. I then used this extra money to fund my grad school living expenses. Every time I think about it I am shocked at how specific and narrow the scholarship eligibility was and how I just happened to be eligible for it.
