A remote job 24 hours after revising

The story

I wanted to share a personal story about how revision changed my life in a way I never thought possible. I used to work in retail, and it came with so many challenges, stress, difficult schedules, and a constant feeling of being stuck. Eventually, I came across remote job opportunities online and decided that was the direction I wanted to go.

The journey wasn’t easy it was a whole year of applying, tweaking my resume, and sending out countless applications without hearing anything back. It felt like I was going in circles.

Finally, I was at my breaking point. My last resort was asking a friend to apply for a remote job I thought might work for me. I wasn’t sure how it would go, but I decided to take a chance on something new: revision. I revised the situation in my mind, imagining my friend getting the job for me and the opportunity opening up. I focused on feeling like it had already happened.

Here’s the crazy part: 24 hours after I did the revision, my friend actually got the job and they were able to secure it for me. Just like that, everything I’d been working toward fell into place.

This experience taught me the power of persistence, belief, and sometimes trusting in things that seem a little outside the box. If you’re stuck or feel like you’ve exhausted every option, I’d recommend giving revision a shot. It worked for me in the most unexpected way.
