OMG! I’m so impressed on how powerful I am! I got rid of the 3P in two days!😱 I was thinking for a while that my SP liked someone else and I was not good enough! So it manifested! SP started to hangout with his ex! I saw pictures of them on Snapchat, but I did not let my thoughts to spiral. I started to watch Sammy’s videos of how to get rid of the 3P. Like Sammy said in one of her videos I started to affirm that “I am the only one my SP has ever wanted, I am the only one that my SP wants and that my SP is so obsessed with me!”.
I said my affirmations all day for two days trying not to react to my 3D! When I wanted to spiral I told myself “you created her! You can uncreated it! She is not real!” Then I started to affirm and affirm! I got to a point where 3P was out of my mind! At the 3rd day 3P was out of the picture!
If you are reading this and you are dealing with a 3P! This is your sign! Stop acknowledging it! And start affirming and persist! The 3D is just the reflection of your thoughts so it is not real! Just change your thoughts and know that your SP is all yours!😊
